Executive Summary
Mr. Dowd primarily represents middle market financial institutions in connection with a broad range of commercial financing transactions from loan structuring through closing. His experience includes representing institution lenders in the negotiation, documentation and closing of a wide variety of cash flow, asset based and unsecured credit facilities. A substantial portion of Mr. Dowd’s practice focuses on loan workouts, subordination and intercreditor agreements, loan restructuring, collateral perfection matters and general corporate affairs.

Prior to joining Scott & Kraus, LLC, Mr. Dowd served as Assistant General Counsel to a national commercial bank where he regularly structured and documented commercial credit facilities secured by real estate, leased equipment and intangible business assets.
