Executive Summary

Mr. Segall has experience representing commercial lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions, including revolving credit facilities, construction loans, bond
financing and conventional and federally insured mortgages.

He also has experience representing public and closely held corporate clients in a variety of commercial transactions, such as private equity transactions, merger and acquisition deals and transactions involving real property, such as acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of commercial real estate. He has also represented clients in areas of corporate governance and general corporate law, health care licensure and compliance and counseled clients on all aspects of ongoing operations.
