Executive Summary
Mr. Sleezer is an attorney in the Litigation practice group. He counsels clients in the finance, banking, manufacturing, construction and real estate industries. Mr. Sleezer's practice involves state and federal litigation. He has extensive experience in commercial law, mechanic's lien litigation, prosecuting and defending claims under the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, Illinois' Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, creditor's rights litigation, and myriad general contract, tort and fiduciary responsibility based actions. Mr. Sleezer also regularly advises banking clients on general, non-regulatory issues.
