Executive Summary
James Jennett focuses his practice on commercial finance transactions, commercial real estate transactions and general corporate matters. James has extensive experience representing financial institutions in structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing commercial finance transactions, including asset-based and cash-flow loans, real estate secured loans, restructurings and workouts, and working capital and acquisition finance transactions. His practice encompasses the representation of lenders primarily to middle market companies in a broad range of businesses, including borrowers in healthcare, manufacturing, retail and the service industry.
