Recognized for his involvement in structuring and assisting borrowers to obtain financing, Mr. Scott has been involved in a legal or business capacity for a wide range of health care projects, including medical office buildings, surgical treatment centers, long-term care facilities and assisted living facilities.

Mr. Scott has an extensive business background, having served as President and General Counsel of an Illinois commercial bank and a Senior Vice President of a Wall Street investment banking house.

Mr. Scott is a frequent speaker and published author on various corporate and finance topics.
