Drew J. Scott brings to bear significant structuring, corporate and finance experience that has enabled borrowers to access the public and private capital markets on advantageous terms. Mr. Scott has become known for successfully blending innovative corporate and finance techniques with a commitment to customer service, tailored to the needs of the middle market.

Recognized for his involvement in structuring and assisting borrowers to obtain financing, Mr. Scott has been involved in a legal or business capacity for a wide range of health care projects, including medical office buildings, surgical treatment centers, long-term care facilities and assisted living facilities.

Mr. Scott has represented clients in commercial paper transactions, working capital lines and leveraged acquisition facilities, as well as more traditional real estate lending transactions. Mr. Scott has represented numerous large commercial banks in multi-national, as well as multi-state, transactions. Mr. Scott has served as counsel for nearly a dozen major commercial and investment banks.

Broad experience in corporate and transactional law, with a concentration in finance, workouts and health care.

Served as principal or legal adviser in more than 200 transactions involving more than $5,000,000,000 of assets.

Extensive business background, having served as President and General Counsel of an Illinois commercial bank and a Senior Vice President of a Wall Street investment banking house.

Frequent speaker and published author on numerous corporate and finance issues.
