Executive Summary
Mr. Schraidt is a partner concentrating his practice in secured lending, tax-exempt financing and real estate. Mr. Schraidt has extensive experience in representing financial institutions and borrowers in real estate secured, asset-based and unsecured financing transactions, as well as syndications, securitizations, workouts and restructurings. In addition, he serves as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and letter of credit bank counsel in industrial development, multi-family housing, and a broad range of 501(c)(3) organization bond transactions and has extensive experience in real estate matters, including purchases, sales, leasing, development and financing.

Prior to entering private practice in late 1985, Mr. Schraidt was in-house general counsel to the Illinois Development Finance Authority (IDFA), an issuer of revenue bonds for public and private activities statewide. At IDFA, he was involved in legislative advocacy, program development, including development of an insured, pooled bond program, acting as issuer's counsel in the issuance of privately placed and publicly marketed bonds and development and administration of a direct loan program for small businesses.
