Executive Summary
Mr. Osty's practice focuses on business transactions and commercial finance. He has substantial experience counseling commercial enterprises, from start-ups to publicly traded companies, on a wide variety of issues that affect day-to-day business operations. He routinely negotiates and drafts transaction documents such as real estate purchase agreements and leases, non-compete, distribution and licensing agreements as well as business acquisition and sale agreements.

Mr. Osty's finance practice includes representing local, regional and national lenders and borrowers in the structuring, negotiating and documentation of commercial finance transactions, including asset-based, working capital, real estate, aircraft and syndicated loan deals. In addition, he represents traditional bank and non-bank lenders in work-out and forbearance situations and other forms of creditor's rights enforcement actions.
