Executive Summary
Ms. Kinra's areas of concentration include commercial and bankruptcy litigation. Ms. Kinra's practice encompasses the representation of financial institutions in a wide range of commercial litigation, as well as work on behalf of trustees for the Trustee Panel of the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.

Prior to joining Scott & Kraus, LLC, Ms. Kinra's practice specialized in complex litigation, including product liability class actions as well as Multi-District Litigation. While attending law school, Ms. Kinra clerked at Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts, a non-profit organization, assisting non-profit, arts-related corporations acquire tax-exempt status under IRS Code 501(c)(3), assisting organizations in drafting and submitting incorporation documents and researching copyright, trademark and other art-related legal issues for clients.
