Executive Summary
Mr. Cohen's areas of concentration include employment, commercial and real estate litigation. Mr. Cohen has represented employers in disputes arising under Title VII, The Age Discrimination and Employment Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, state human rights acts and related civil rights legislation, wrongful discharge, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and various commercial torts. He devotes a significant portion of his practice counseling employers on compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws. Mr. Cohen has represented financial institutions and real estate companies in a wide range of commercial and real estate litigation.
