Executive Summary
Mr. Clement is an associate in the corporate and transactional practice group. Mr. Clement's practice focuses primarily on banking and commercial finance. His banking and finance practice includes representing local, regional and national lenders in the structuring and documentation of commercial finance transactions, including asset-based, working capital, real estate and syndicated loan deals. In addition, he has experience in work-out and forbearance situations and other forms of creditor's rights enforcement actions.

Prior to law school, Mr. Clement spent over 6 years in commercial banking with a large financial institution located on the west coast. His banking experience primarily dealt with middle market companies involving transactions ranging from $1 million to $30 million. He also has experience in trust, cash management and has served as assistant treasurer of a publicly traded corporation.
